چکیده

Abstract This paper explains the bond strength between reinforcing bar and High Volume Fly Ash-Self Compacting Concrete (HVFA-SCC). The is determined by a pull-out test on concrete cube (200x200x200 mm) with single steel centrally placed in following RILEM standard. HVFA-SCC proportioned an inclusion of 50% fly ash weight total binder. satisfies flowability criteria SCC has average compressive 38.8 MPa. result shows that 12.93 Mpa 3.89 MPa for deformed plain bars, respectively. obtained compared other types found literature. It confirms higher than normal (NC), comparable geopolymer (GC), HVFAC, SCC.

bond strength of reinforcement steel in self-compacting concrete

self-compacting concrete (scc) is a highly fluid yet stable concrete that can flow consistently under its own weight, pass between bars, and fill in formwork without the need of compaction. the application of scc effectively resolves the difficulties of concreting in situations with complicated formwork and congested reinforcements. in this paper, the bond between scc and steel reinforcement wa...

Effect of Curing Conditions on Strength of Fly ash-based Self-Compacting Geopolymer Concrete

This paper reports the results of an experimental work conducted to investigate the effect of curing conditions on the compressive strength of self-compacting geopolymer concrete prepared by using fly ash as base material and combination of sodium hydroxide and sodium silicate as alkaline activator. The experiments were conducted by varying the curing time and curing temperature in the range of...
